Centralized submission of documents by representatives of the Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in the quarantine period and after its completion

In connection with the end of the 2021 academic year and after the abolition of restrictive measures to minimize the risks of COVID-19 and prevent the accumulation of large numbers of people in one room, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine emphasizes the need to organize a centralized submission of foreign graduates documents on education for apostille, verification for legalization, as well as for the procedure of recognition of foreign documents.
Admission will be carried out in accordance with the sanitary and hygienic requirements with respect to the social distance in the room and if the representatives of the HEI have personal protective equipment – masks/respirators and gloves.
We draw your attention to the fact that the documents of the State Enterprise «Information and Image Center» for affixing the apostille of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and verification for consular legalization in the Consular Services Division of the Department of the Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as well as the procedure for recognizing foreign educational documents is carried out in the distant mode and also this option will be available on a permanent basis after cancellation of restrictive measures.
